Tiny Croissanterie supplies us with their beautiful and creative asian french fusion baked goods every Thursday and Saturday.
Working out of a commissary kitchen in San Mateo, Saltwater Bakeshop brings us a stunning variety of baked goods every Wednesday and Thursday to our cafe in SOMA.
Andrew and Quinn are the two incredibly talented Bakers behind Compagnon. They’ve spent years learning traditional techniques and methods in bakeries nationwide. We have their excellent Baked Goods available on Mondays, Tuesdays, and, Fridays.

Process: Triple fermentation Washed
Floral notes of magnolia, lemongrass, lemon candy, tropical. Super complex and sweet.
